The staff team at Charans have an excellent understanding of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and have great knowledge of how children learn as they progress with age. Our teachers have experience of more than 20 years  and as a result  provide a challenging and a highly stimulating environment to learn.

They have individually developed effective planning methods according to their subjects taking into account each child’s learning needs and interests exceptionally well. Observation and assessment methods are rigorous and clearly identify children’s achievements and their next steps of learning.

They have a very clear understanding of where each child is in the learning curve and share this information frequently with their parents. Parents can be rest assured that their children are in safe hands and are nurtured in a loving and caring environment.
